I was over charged by $3 for a braiding gel. The sticker on the jar states $14.99; however my receipt says I was charged $17.99. I was passing through Augusta and decided to stop on my way home. I would recommend others to be careful and watch the pricing as your items are rung up as this may be one of many old tricks for the owners or staff.

I just left from there and this is the second time the lady up front on the first register has run me up for something I don’t have because she’s too busy in her phone and when you call, they don’t answer the phone

Huge store! We came to check it out after hearing about all of the amazing deals on Facebook. A few things that stood out to us were the .69c barrettes/bows and the braiding hair hair is .59c cheaper than any where else. This place is almost like a warehouse because they have so much of anything that you need. They only had one line/cashier, but it moved fairly quick. The outside of the store doesn't look anything like the inside. I only have two cons: Make sure you watch your step walking into this place, there's a metal "grate" that sinks in and will give you a heart attack if you're not careful lol and the older woman walking up and grabbing our kid's hand to remove it from a wig, "kids can't touch the product"...I thought that was very unprofessional because the store is essentially for woman and where there are women...there are children, but overall we had a great time walking through here.

Great Attitudes in this store, had an early morning appointment and they were open before the time listed on google 😉
