Augusta – Aiken ENT and Allergy

Have never been dissatisfied with any of ENT offices. This was my 1st appointment at the Evans Office. Everyone was very nice and pleasant and acknowledged me. The front desk girls were nice. I heard them acknowledging each other on a great day by Hi-five each other. Dr.Ayers is my doctor and always a pleasure to see. I would not change anything in this office just remind the staff they are greatly appreciated...

It was my first visit to the ENT center for an ear consultation. My experience with the lady who checked my ear and took me in the audio box was a great interaction. My interaction with Dr. Ayers was fantastic! Such a nice guy. He made me feel super comfortable to ask questions and provided me answers I could understand. The only not so positive interaction I had was with the lady at the first desk when I signed in. She was professional during her interaction with me but I didn't feel welcomed. So the interaction in my opinion felt awkward and when I misplaced my keys, the lady who gave me my keys looked at me like she didn't even want to touch my keys to give back to me so that was an unpleasant experience.

This facility is fantastic, the staff and Dr. Avery were fast and knowledgeable, able to diagnose an issue we’ve had for years, in seconds. I would recommend this team to anyone who needs ENT services.

Additionally, the day surgery location was outstanding, and the services provided during my procedure were top-notch. From start to finish, I felt well cared for and in great hands. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We were there to see Sarah New (NP). She was so personable, caring, and knowledgeable. She took time with my mom (patient) and made her feel like she was her only patient. Highly recommend!!
