Augusta – Aiken ENT and Allergy

Great Office staff! I saw Sara the Audiologist, she was so understanding and knowledgeable. I felt like she really listened and understood. She was very informative and helpful and kind.

I really liked Dr Mac, my daughter is 16 and he spoke to her and he treated her like an adult. He made sure she understood everything that was going on and really developed a sense of trust with her. The nurses were fabulous. They worked really hard to get Insurance to cover things and to get tests done. I’m so glad that we went to Aiken ENT

Overall great experience. Minimal wait time. Staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Esselman listened to my concerns. His explanations of various issues were straight forward and easy to understand. He provided options/recommendations for treatment.

Dr Mac is by far the most knowledgeable and gifted doctor I have ever met.clear and concise always explains either your prognosis or diagnosis with certainty. I am blessed to have found him and be a patient of his.

I have been coming here for 15 years now and everyone is very helpful, I have been seeing Dr.Esselman he is a wonderful person and doctor. He has helped me with all of my allergies and other problems he will not just put you off he listens to you and he will find out what is causing your medical issues. I have many allergies and the staff in the allergies department is wonderful. I would recommend them . If I could I would give them a 10 stars . You can't go wrong with this group of doctors.
