Attic Nook Storage

as of 3/25/2025 I'm very satisfied with the new staff here and I was going to give a negative review due to my experience prior to her. I'm not happy with my rate increase,but I think she is a great fit for the company her customer service skills are outstanding and I applaud her, thanks attic nook she saved you, keep up the good work young lady

Great facility, always felt safe, mostly friendly people that assisted me. Except on the day of my departure.. Cindy on the phone with the customer service freaking useless.. basically thought it was funny that she couldn't do anything for me, while I was basically held hostage at the gate from 6:00am. till about 8:00am.

These people are great here!! They go above and beyond to help out!! Most caring place when your family is in need of storage or rental unit!!! Love them all!! Thank you Brittney and Melinda!!!

Very good customer service at this facility.Sge was good at explaining the lease and details and very friendly.A quick process.

An invaluable experience with services here since early on to months later. They helped to find the best unit size for my needs and broke down the application for ease. The manager and her team both courteous and diligent; will remember your names and keep up with maintaining the property. Would recommend checking them out on whatever event you're in.
