AT&T Internet & TV Services

This review is for the repair team last week in Cedar Creek. Through no fault of ATT they had cable cut from a water main break. A supervisor and repairman waited for hours and could not begin work. The next day Woody and his team were able to begin work and they stayed well into the next night to finish up. Our router was not working even though our neighbors were back up and Woody fixed it. Above and beyond. We all hate to lose internet but the people on the ground were great.

Tech. Came out to do installation. They were unable to run the line through the conduit and the eta is over a week to complete. What cable company doesn't have the means to open a conduit line with a cutting bit? Give your people the training and tools to do the job they are hired for. I have children who need Internet access for school and a time frame of whenever we get to as the answer is unacceptable.

Been waiting for 10 days for internet & got cancelled because AT&T people are on strike I which I can get rid of AT&T but I got a phone line with them

They are very helpful and on top of repairs and installation.. I have been very satisfied overall.

On the North side of town but they don't have highspeed. However they won't leave the area so another national ISP can come in.
