Once again, Atlas Heating and Air came to my rescue and did an amazing job. I really have to commend that last 2 techs that have gotten my A/C back up in no time. Tiffany was quick on the diagnostics, and even continued to work through a rain shower to get the job done. She was also able to find a another roof leak caused by Helene that was dripping down into the attic a/c drip pan. She took pictures that I used to send in to my insurance company. This most recent time of need, the call center paged her upon my request and she promptly gave me an after hours phone call, her schedule was filled up for the next day. Paul promptly arrived early the next day and saved the day! He was very attentive when I was telling him all about how I had "figured it all out by watching You-tube videos". He was very thorough and really knows what he is doing. He explained to me what he was testing or looking for, thoroughly communicated all of his findings and what needed to be done. He even made recommendations on additional maintenance and service that really needs to be done soon. Both Paul and Tiffany are definitely experts in their field and so very professional and courteous. I highly recommend Atlas Heating and Air Conditioning!

Shane and Josh did the install of a new AC unit/ Heat Pump at our house. They were professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond beyond by removing some old AC parts left by the previous owners. Atlas is a great company to work with as their customer service is prompt and available to schedule service when we need it! Even in the middle of a GA summer! Their pricing is reasonable so you don’t need to waste your time shopping vendors.

Atlas as a company has been amazing I called after hours their answering service took my issue and I actually received a call back that night. I called the next morning to make an appointment and sent Cristian out. He was timely, very thorough, friendly and explained all our options, warranties and thing's included in our service plan. He was able to diagnose and fix our issue in the same day. I am extremely grateful. The services are a little high but compared to being uncomfortable in this heat and the impact it would continue to have on my electric bill it was well worth it. I would definitely recommend this company. 👌

We had an amazing experience with our air conditioner technician, Jeremy R! From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly professional and kind. He took his time and was very thorough, checking every part of our system to find the issue. He didn’t rush anything and made sure to explain what he was doing, answering all of our questions along the way. Thanks to his expertise, our AC is now working better than ever—our house has never been cooler! We’re so grateful for his hard work and attention to detail. Highly recommend to anyone needing honest and high-quality AC service!

Jeremy H. was a fantastic repair technician. My AC wasn’t running cold yesterday late afternoon and they sent out Jeremy at 8am this morning. He ran the tests that were needed and was quickly able to determine the issue and fix it. Jeremy was very polite, kind and helpful. He made suggestions on future services I should consider and provided photos of the areas of concern so I could see them for myself. He didn’t pressure me to have anything extra done today, but I opted to have him add a furnace switch in case there is ever a leak. Since I have their maintenance plan, the repair was also 20% off. I highly recommend Atlas and specifically, their tech Jeremy. Thank you guys for making my family comfortable again!
