Very happy with my PT following my partial knee replacement. The communication, hands-on therapy and continued changes to improve my movement have been wonderful. I have been working with Denise for the last four weeks, three times per week. So impressed with her and the facility. Subrina, the administrator at the front desk is very welcoming and happy to set up your next appointment, discuss your insurance coverage and all with ease.

I will say that the staff at this location has been amazing. The initial consultation by Denise was great. The kindness and professionalism of Codi(Hopefully I spelled correctly) was always top notch!The only issues that ive experienced have been with the lady that answers the phone and sets the appointments. I do understand that businesses have to move forward and can't wait for you but I believe that energy shouldn't be pushed to the customer. Her tone on 2 occasions wasn't to inviting. I will not continue at this location after today's brief conversation. If you can get past the person setting the appointments slight un inviting tone at times you'll be just fine.

Each of my sessions at your facility are 10s to me. From the front desk, to working with Tara has been tops. Tara has urged me along as I go through each session, even though she and I both know I'm getting tired. Thanks for helping with my issue. Jim Mobley
