Carl Thomas. Ah what can I not say about this gentleman that is not great. When it comes to on time maintenance, issues, gripes, complaints or anything of the sort he will make sure it gets resolved to the customers happiness and standard. There is nothing within his job scope and sometimes outside of it as well that he doesn't know about. I have had the pleasure of meeting him and being assisted by him on multiple occasions and was never upset or disappointed. From the first meeting before I even had an issue he made sure to introduce himself and have a conversation with me and ensure that I know he is the right one to go to. When you choose him you are in good hands.

Carl and Marcus are fantastic! Every time I need something, no matter how small, they always take care of it for me, and always in a very courteous and respectful way! And before they leave, they always ask if there's anything else they can do for me, just in case I forget something, which I sometimes do! I never worry that I'm going to get an attitude because I've asked too much. They always make me feel very at ease! I appreciate having them around!

In many years of experience of Sanctuary maintenance guys. . Clint and Keith have been the best that I’ve seen. They both made sure I was comfortable with the finished work and they both made sure they didn’t leave until the work was completed to perfection. We need more like them.

Clint came in and unclogged my bathtub in a timely manner. (In less than 30 minutes) He also made sure that nothing else in the apartment needed to be fixed before he left. Thank you Clint for your hard work. You are Awesome. :)
