Absolutely a fantastic experience from making the appointment to the actual service day. The staff is very welcoming and professional; they took my vehicle back on time of the appointment and within 30 minutes had the inspection/workup completed, gave me my options and breakdown for additional services, and were able to complete the work within an hour after that. They valued me, my time, and were upfront! I will go out of my way to use them in the future and avoid the dealership.

I have never had better service or friendlier people to deal with. The entire team helped me with every issue and I come away confident knowing my vehicles, even with high mileage will continue to serve my family needs. Say hello to Mary and Kira for me when you go in.

I recently moved to Grovetown in 2023 and tried the ATC located nearby for an oil change. Their service was spectacular! Unfortunately sometimes they’re booked a week or two out. So I tried their Augusta location and got the same great service!! Mary and I think the gentleman’s name was Cody at the Grovetown location are great people! Jennifer at the Augusta location is very knowledgeable and a joy to talk to. Either location you can’t go wrong. Just be sure to book in advance for the Grovetown location

Love this place. Worth the price because they will find the problem and back their work. We've taken 2 vehicles and not a bad thing to say. Service was great, people good to talk with.
