Emailed them due to hurricane Helene putting my trees at a lean, wanted to replace both trees so I emailed and asked the question. Question was what kind of trees am I allowed or not allowed to put in the front yard. Their response: what kind of trees do you want to put there, once we know that we can put it to a vote. And guidelines are annotated on page 82 of the attachment. Bro! How about we answer a direct question with a direct answer, we aren’t politicians. Also, no page numbers on the 4 page attachment with nothing referencing trees or front yards. How’s about we just replace trash looking vegetation with something that looks decent.

I went into to the association link office 5 times for problems with my pool key. I paid the 35$ that I guess is due every year. Although the lady at the front desk is nice she never resolved my issue. The lady would say “it should work” or “your key is activated”. I would get the kids ready for the pool and walk or drive to the pool just for the key not to work. I went in there today and she did whatever she did on the computer and said “ it should work” I checked the key and it still didn’t work. It’s 95 degree weather today and can’t even take the kids to the pool that I pay for.

Terrible!!! No rules enforced within the Collin’s Park HOA. We pay an outrageous HOA fee for nothing. People’s hard earned money just sits there and collects.

This company has very poor communication with the members of the community they are supposed to serve. They do not answer their phone which always goes to voicemail. If you leave a message you do not get called back and they have no emergency or urgent number to call. The community managers are quick to send threatening letters to residents, yet, the resident can never answer any claims that are being made against them. For example, I have two shutters blown down in the Hurricane Helene storm. I have not been able to get them put back up because the reputable handymen or companies are busy with bigger projects. If I could give a 0 rating I would.

Did not get the desired service I needed, The association has different HOA communities. It almost impossible to speak to someone who is in charge of your property. All you get is don’t reply emails. Very frustrating experience.
