The customer service was absolutely unacceptable. The manager, Alexis, was extremely rude to my fiancée making condescending remarks like “you’re wasting your time calling corporate” and “we’re just trying to help you,” complete with an eye roll and an attitude. The most unprofessional comment of all? “You can call corporate, but I have a meeting to get to.” That says everything about how little they value their customers. We bought a dresser and chest set after seeing them online and thinking it looked like a good deal. Spoiler: it wasn’t. The quality is terrible, cheap materials that look like they were ordered off Temu. When we tried to return the items, we were told they “don’t do refunds” and that they could only offer replacements. That’s not what we want—we want our money back. We’ve been calling corporate for two days and keep getting the same runaround. No help, no accountability, and certainly no care for their customers. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere. I will fix my review once there is some actually movement on fixing the issue

So it takes someone with class and integrity to deal with difficult customers. And today Cliff was just that person. I am appreciative of the way he conducted himself when faced with a difficult situation. And I am appreciative of the help he provided. I would also like to shout out to Joe who originally helped us on his day off. And to the manager for assisting when needed. From the moment we walked in the door they acted like they were so happy to see us. They did not over pressure but was around to help if needed or if we had questions. Unlike some other furniture stores we went into and they looked at us and I guess figured we were not worth their time. But that wasn't the case at Ashley's. We were welcomed and ultimately was able to find what we were looking for. Thank you to the awesome team .

I recently visited Ashley Furniture and had the pleasure of working with Jefferson. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to help me find exactly what I needed. Jefferson even moved several tables around to make sure they paired well with the furniture I was considering. His dedication to making sure I was happy with my choices truly stood out. Jeff L made my first experience buying furniture very memorable. He was very patient with me and showed me everything and then narrowed it down to my budget.
