Ashley Store

So thankful for Alisha, she went above and beyond the extra mile to make sure we leave the store super happy and we did. We not just left happy but we left we our hands full of new furniture. Her customer service is outstanding and I totally recommend everyone to ask for her. Thank you Ashley furniture for having people like her in their stores.

Alisha was a great rep. She was very pleasant, happy, informative, and worked everything out to our benefit to get the sectional we wanted. It was delivered today and we absolutely love it!!

Very happy doing business with Ashley Furniture of Aiken. Alisha was very attentive and went above and beyond to get us the best price. She never hovered, but was quick to answer questions when we had them. The delivery process is great. The dispatcher kept us informed and the delivery guys were quick, clean and efficient. Highly recommend! Wonderful customer service from beginning to end. I love, love the look and feel of this very retro couch. The recliner is beautiful, functional and comfortable. The tables are unique and gorgeous. Very pleased to see so many 5 star reviews for this gem of a store. Keep up the great work, you guys!

Alisha was very helpful knew exactly what I wanted thank you ! Customer service could be better received couch was happy with it but one had a stain so sent back was suppose to hear from someone within 48 hours never did so six days go by I reached out to them then I get a text next day saying it's been scheduled to come out on a certain day that I didn't even know about and I want be home that day and that I'll get my couch in July I understand they have certain days they deliver certain places but considering I've waited so long I thought it would be sooner a month later really not going back not with the amount I spent and I already waited 3weeks first time so almost 2months all together

I’ve never ever taken time to write a review. But today I am . . . Alisha at the Aiken Ashley store was the best sales rep I’ve ever worked with. She went above and beyond and helped me help my parents out with an important need due to health reasons. She had the best communication and was super quick and helpful! I will go back there for all of my furniture needs going forward. There should be more Alisha’s out there!!
