This is a very unprofessional company never returns call. Never in office. The only company in Augusta where in I can pay my insurance. Appear not to be concern about there clients. Very frustrated to deal with people that fail to communicate with there clients and have to call 9 to 10 times a day with no response . keep in mine i only call theses people once a month to pay my insurance. Need to do better unacceptable behavior

Don't be fooled by the pictures of the office. It no longer looks like that. It's cluttered up and very unprofessional. This is one of the most ghetto places I've been in. The women who work here do not have a professional appearance at all. Buy insurance and a vinyl monogram for you car while you're there. What a joke! Glad I'm no longer a customer there.

Been a customer since the day they opened. Great customer service. They provide the possible coverage for the best price available. Very happy customer here.

Love the people there and they always help me when I ask.
