Great service! These guys came out late on a Sunday to fix some ductwork for me and came back to finish the job the next day without me having to ask! They were fast and professional and did great work. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anybody.

Our AC stopped blowing cold air overnight and they were able to squeeze us in between another job they had in the area the next morning. They opened our unit and replaced a bad relay for the cost of the service fee.

I was Contacted by Owen. He came out the next day. On a Sunday. Very nice and professional. I am currently having issues with my AC system. When he came to diagnose, of course it wasn’t making the noise it was making just the day before. ;) He did find a hole in the duct work and repaired it. He also cleaned my system, and is coming back to install a smart thermostat. Very pleased with the services so far!

My two little boys and I were boiling and my landlord couldn’t send anyone out right away. That’s when I called Arctic Air of Augusta, then explained my situation. To my surprise, they came right out with no hesitation and diagnosed my issue in no time. They didn’t charge me and were super professional with our interaction. I couldn’t be more thankful for their work and timeliness! I will definitely keep them in mind for similar situations.

Very fast service. Came out to see me within an hour to check out my A/C and I was very pleased with the price! Based off the website, they offer multiple other services too. I'm definitely calling them again!
