Arby's

This Arby’s in Martinez, Ga on Washington Road is probably one of the best “fast food” restaurants there is in regards to food quality and service. Their service is on par to chick-fil-a. I went through the drive-thru today to pick up a mobile order, and after checking the bag to make sure my order was correct, I noticed they accidentally gave me a 4 piece mozzarella sticks instead of one of the 3-piece chicken strips that I ordered. They not only let me keep the mozz sticks that I never touched and tried it return, they also gave me sauce to go with it and the chicken strips that were missing. They were super nice, friendly, patient, understanding and accommodating. They gave me extra sauces that I requested too without giving me a hard time. I’m always side-eyed by fast food customer service employees, even after I tell them that I’m willing to pay any extra fee for extra sauce. This Arby’s is great as are their employees. Nice work.

Staff are somewhat friendly. The food is good, but it takes a while to prepare. You always need to check your bag here before you leave. 7 out of 10 times something is wrong.

For $25 I got an old burnt chicken sandwich with cold curly fries. Got 4 old chicken tenders out of an order of 5 and another order of cold curly fries. Definitely will never spend another penny in this restaurant. Please reconsider before going to this Arby’s.

This is by far THE WORST Arby's I've EVER been to. I ordered online and my order wasn't correct and was missing items. When I called the girl who answered the phone was so rude and HUNG UP ON ME!!! The food we DID receive was not good at all.

The manager Mrs. Lewis is a rockstar with customer service. System was down not taking app orders and she went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of with minimal wait.
