Arby's

Ordered the classic roast beef. Sandwich had 3 chunks of meat on it. Was gross looking, not at all the shaved roast beef I am used too. This is happening at this location several times.

This is the worst fast food experience in Grovetown. I've been here a few times lately, they have never gotten an order right. I went today, messed up that order. Went back to fix it, messed up that order too. The girl at the window also looked like she couldn't be bothered to serve customers at a customer service job. This place is awful, go literally anywhere else.

SHOUT OUT to JA'MERIA! (Name was on receipt). She provided the friendliest service I have ever had! Not just at an Arby's but also in general getting fast food.

My wife and I went through the drive thru that 🌅! The young man was very friendly. He pull us up and told us that he was going to make everything fresh for us . Spent around $20. This visit was in Grovetown and not one on Washington Rd. It been remodel. Wait til it's finish then go. The food was hot! I was craving the 2 for $7 which use to be 2 for $5, $6. It's inflation beware of yearly price hikes.

I ordered on the app, 3 french dips & when I got there the bag & 3 sodas was sitting in the designated pick up area. Then I ordered 3 milkshakes when I got there. As the girl at the front counter made my shakes the 2 other kids working they were cutting up, running around, and just being really immature. Anyway I did tell them I drive up I-20 to come to this Arby's, so I get my shakes & I leave. So I get home and open the bag and start passing my husband & daughter and I realize we have NO AU JUS so I call the store and the rude I guess manager answers the phone and says "Sooooo what you want to come back and get some Au Jus?" I said No I live 20 minutes from there, I then asked if I could give her my name and number and come get something tomorrow she was so nasty and couldn't wait to be rude and she said no because the au jus is free. That was my que to say "ok thank you" and I hung up and came straight here. So tomorrow I'm going into Arby's on Gateway Blvd. and I'm gonna ask for a free au jus and I want everyone to know that the manager said they're free.
