Applebee's Grill + Bar

We ate there yesterday for lunch and the service was by far the best. We took my 18m old nephew and the hostess and waitress couldn’t have been nicer. The hostess gave him a little toy duck to play with and the waitress (I wish I remembered her name) filled his sippy cup with lemonade. Was super attentive and helped us with questions we had about the food. The food was EXCELLENT!!! We definitely plan on making this one of our regular lunch places.

Overall Absolutely Horrible!!! Drinks were made by someone who literally needs to go back to bartending school. Tyler the Assistant Manager needs to learn how to listen to the customers complaints before he makes any assumptions as to why our food and drinks were not to OUR liking! He was very nonchalant and was definitely not empathetic to the situation! And to say he was doing us a favor by taking the drinks that we only take a sip off our tab really Tyler. 2 out of 5 meals had to be sent back and made fresh but everything about this establishment was just wrong! Shame On You Applebee’s

We went here last weekend and it was packed! Augusta just got their power back on and a lot of people wanted to eat out! We had burgers and fries! We loved it!

Wonderful service, fresh and well prepared food!

Very pleased with the quality of the food that we selected. Classic Cheese Burger was delicious, also the Bone-In and the Boneless Chicken Wings were very tasty. The Double Crunch Shrimp were good but could have been bigger in size. Our waitress was polite, friendly, and pretty much on the ball with refilling our drinks and checking back for our needs. First time in this restaurant's location but would not hesitate to come back. 😀
