Interior design of the store is sleek, and the staff are friendly. However, the method of getting assistance or service is far behind any other store, despite the store being on the smaller end. The experience of getting serviced in the Apple Store is similar to an appointment at a doctor’s office. Both of my visits here were essentially the same in its format: First you are scheduled or told a time to come by, then you arrive, next you wait even longer just to talk to someone to check in, then you get seated or stand somewhere else to wait even longer, afterwards you talk to another person to double check what you needed, wait even longer after that, then hope the third person you talk to is able to complete your request, or you repeat a previous step until you get to the end. While the inventory for Apple products may be more expansive than other retailers, it is far more inconvenient to shop here than stores like Walmart or Best Buy.

Had a problem with my iPhone which is under warranty. Made an appointment with the Genius Bar online and went on in. Eric was super helpful and was able to rectify the problem with my phone quickly and easily. Their staff was helpful and even with it being a busy Friday night I was served promptly and courteously.

Absolutely terrible experience in store getting an Apple care claim taken care of. DO NOT have your phone repaired at this store but instead go through Apple Support via phone to do so. The management of this store is poorly run and they take pride in denying you help while smirking in your face. Will do everything in my power to never deal with Duane, Eric, and Luna at this store ever again.

Company with very expensive products that they justify by shoving a ton of features in your face, only for them not to be willing to back up their promises when the features fail. Purchased my dad some very nice, very expensive Airpod Pros that were supposed to be water resistant, and even got the absurdly expensive additional warranty just in case. He wore them on the tractor to mow the field, was sweating, the sweat somehow ruined the ear buds, and the company said we were s*** out of luck. Publishing this review here publicly after our initial requests for help were buried, so that other people can understand the level of quality and support to expect for their hard earned money. He loved them for the short month they actually worked and has expressed desire for another pair this Father's Day, but I can't see ever trusting a similar product from this company again and can't afford a new pair of Airpods every year. The whole thing makes me angry every time I think about it.

I was told that my phone could not be fixed I needed a battery for my phone and the back of my iPhone is cracked they told me that the battery could not be replaced because if they removed the back it would shatter. That they would need to replace my phone and I would have to pay 500 dollars. I took my phone to Krack'd Phone & Gadget Repair and they replaced the battery did not cost much at all I will go back next pay day and replace the glass. All Apple was trying to do was squeeze more money out of me. They didn’t even have to mess with the back of my phone. Smdh I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone if I could give a half a star I would absolutely horrible and to think I was willing to pay the 89 dollars to replace my battery.
