They sent me in circles after doing an intake and won't call me back. Pretty sure this is a scam nonprofit to finesse the public.

Submitted DD214 and no further correspondence from the director. I've sent two emails since January with no response.

Recommended by Illinois Joint Forces assistance organization to see if AWP could help, all calls and messages went to extension 4 ,a Ms. Schrader, been a week and at least 8-10 calls and messages left NO RETURN CALL AND THE SYSTEM REFUSED TO ACCEPT MY EMAIL AND SEPARATION DATE SO I COULD NOT USE THE ONLINE APPLICATION FOR ASSISTANCE . I NEED HELP WITH A $501 ELECTRIC BILL DUE THE 30TH OF SEPT 2024 OR IT VOIDS A HARD FOUGHT PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT AND MY BILL FROM $501 TO OVER $2000 !! I HAVE EXPENDED ASDISTANCE FROM EVERY ORGANIZATION IN ILLINOIS ! MS. SHRADER DOES NOT RETURN CALLS AND APPARENTLY IS THE POINT OF CONTACT AVAILABLE AT EXTENSION 4 WHICH IS THE AUTOMATED ONLY CHOICE ! TERRIBLE SERVICE AND NO OPTIONS IF MS.Schrader is unavailable she needs a replacement or assistance and more than 1 point of contact !! My personal rating is way into the negatives !
