America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

This was my first time at America’s Best. Everything was wonderful. My eye 👁️ exam was so comprehensive and thorough. The doctor was so friendly and warm, where I felt comfortable speaking with her. Jennifer, the asst manager was great. She helped me with a great deal with my progressive lenses. Yes, I’m a fan and will continue to keep my eyes in great shape at America’s Best

The staff in general was very accommodating and considerate given my thousands of questions. Robin and Melissa both went above and beyond to make sure that I left feeling good about the experience as it was all very new for me. I can see myself continuing to get eye care here thanks to their support.

When I first walked in it was very busy but I was greeted with a welcome to Americas Best and a smile! I waited for a short time and ended up working with Andrea. She was very personable. We had steady conversation during my visit. She answered all of my questions and I did not seem rushed in any way. She helped me pick out the best frames that suited my face and I felt very confident in my choice. I would definitely recommend America’s Best!!

I don't think I'll be returning to this location I was disappointed. Originally My appointment was supposed to be an in-person but I was notified the doctor had an emergency which is perfectly understandable and had a virtual appointment which I thoroughly enjoyed however the staff was not very friendly and they act like they were doing me a favor by assisting me and my son. They told me I would get a text when my glasses arrived and when I realized it had been a few days after the anticipated delivery date I called and asked and they said oh yeah they're here you can come get them. I was also told that I would be able to add the insurance on if I decided to when I came to pick the glasses up. Unfortunately I was told that it's not accurate and when I mention the girl's name who told me I could they said oh she's no longer with us sorry. All in all it was not a terrible visit but I definitely was not feeling the customer service and the staff acting like they were doing me a favor by assisting me.

Andrea and her team at the Augusta location were phenomenal. They were warm and considerate and made me feel valued as a customer. I experienced the virtual MD option and was pleased. Every accommodation was made to make sure that I had a great experience. Troy, Skye, and all the others took great care of me. I am super excited to get my new glasses.
