American Pest Control

After I left this review the company did call, apologize and did everything they could to make it right including coming back out and setting up another service. I respect the company for making an effort to make it right! I am increasing the rating I left because of this! I however still have a hard time rating super high because I really tried to escalate while in my initial service and was unable to get anywhere, and unfortunately you know if this happens to one person it most likely happens to more! I unfortunately would not recommend American Pest Control! We had a great tech who always went above and beyond! They switched him off of our route, had me pay via check since they said it was easier since their electronic service didn’t always work well….then I got a bill stating I hadn’t paid but they made it a point that they wouldn’t start until payment was there…that’s why I had to have an appointment for them to come out purely for the payment. Then I was told to call the office to schedule follow ups during bed bug treatments and then the office wouldn’t answer or when they did they said they’d have someone call and my calls were not returned. Then they finally decided I could schedule with the tech and that was not consistent! The new tech is nice just inexperienced. We just finished the program and still have a few bugs! We were told there was other chemical that would get in their DNA and if they had more babies they would also die but when that was scheduled to happen his supervisor forgot about a meeting he had and didn’t come so he could not spray with that! Then they said we needed to stay with the same because the residuals would cancel out each other but if we still had them at the end of the program they would apply it. (Notice the conflict….it cancels it out but they would still recommend it at the end) so today was our last treatment and they decided to still not do it when they had talked it up for at the end. The pest control specialist that came to my house during my initial visit was friendly and went over all available services with me. He actually arrived far earlier than expected which was nice. He was professional and thorough. I look forward to using their service for many years.

We are most satisfied with our service from American Pest Control. Our technician, Ed, is reliable, prompt, conscientious, and personable. We actually look forward to seeing him! The office is cooperative if we need to schedule a different date or a specific time. A well-run business!

We've been customers about 3 years and have been very pleased. We have quarterly past treatment and this recent visit, we had them fog the house for fleas. We also had them install centragard termite treatment last year. Our "bug guy" Jeremy is never late for an appointment and is always willing to answer my bug questions. And he is the nicest guy! The office staff the nicest greeting when they answer the phone and they're helpful as well.

We are very pleased with the service that we receive from Ed Stratton. He is always professional and willing to help resolve any problems that we may be having with pests. Our cats are much happier and healthier due to the great service we receive. No more fleas.
