If I could give zero stars, I would. This company was in charge of my Long Term Storage while my family and I executed military orders overseas for three years. We placed items in LTS that held high sentimental value and did not want to risk them getting damaged during the overseas move. When we finally received our items after three years and saw the crates open, we were absolutely taken back! My wife's family rocking chair (that was identified as high value) was at the bottom of the crate with chairs and other items stacked on top, unprotected. Resulting in numerous gouges and scuff marks. Her hope chest that was handmade by her father had the lid broken off, with numerous scuff marks. Nearly every item had some sort of damage or missing parts! It was evident that zero care was taken when packing our household goods. Our move from Japan to Hawaii was near perfect and showed me how a REAL move is supposed to go. Each chair was wrapped and crates loaded to prevent any shifting during the move. I only hope that AIM does their due diligence and makes this right by me!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. The Army hired this company to pack and store my household goods while I went overseas. While packing my household goods for storage, an employee of this company stole my wristwatch case with three expensive watches in it. Unfortunately I did not notice it missing from the packing list when I signed it, which was probably because I was about to leave the country and go live in the Middle East for a year and was under a bit of stress and anxiety. I also live alone and could not watch over both of the movers who were packing things in different parts of my home. The company now denies my claim for reimbursement because the missing items are not on the packing list. Well of course they aren’t on the packing list. They aren’t on the list because the men whom I trusted to come into my home and pack up my belongings betrayed my trust and stole my watches.

Hello, On September 26, I hired AI Movers Augusta to move a one bedroom apartment. I was not going to leave a review on the service because it was everything shy of amazing. Well here we are months later and Vicky Washburn refuses to answer the phone, communicate, and handle the damage claim in a timely manner. Where do I begin? On the day of the move Ned Grobel shows up and before he leaves he said," Oh and we won't be able to deliver your furniture the day we agreed to." This was the only reason I went with the company, because he assured me he could fit into my strict time frame. Then on the new delivery date he then calls and says the truckers got stopped and had to be drug tested so they cant make it. Now my furniture is two days late. The truckers get there on day 3 and stated they were on time because the truck didn't finish packing until that night. No biggie people lie all the time. Disclaimer: I had no idea my stuff would be on the truck with other families. I just prayed they didn't have bed bugs or anything that could get into my belongings. Aside from all the miscommunication, the truck destroyed the landscape at the apartment. The manager wanted to call the police to make a report. I called Ned and he assured me the corporate office would pay. You might ask why believe someone that has proven time and time again to be dishonest. Well I still have faith in mankind. o they obliterate the landscape of a new property. Through many emails and phone calls finally gain the contact info of Vicky. Who has a desk job, but is never at her desk. First few weeks she was on vacation. So Leighanne was able to give me a little information. Next few times she just was nowhere to be found. She was rude, inconsistent, and nonchalant about the entire claim. She asked for the property manager contact and was rude to them saying they over charged for the damage. You cannot ruin a brand new complex landscaping and not pay for the damages. We not even going to ta...

Showed up 4 hours late, worked for 3 hours then went home, they left glass shelves unwrapped and scattered around living room, didnt wrap fragile or electronic items. Didnt label high dollar items, electronics literally just dumped in boxes and taped shut. Ceramic and glass plates not wrapped in anything. Rooms deemed "finished" have items unpacked, or left in the closet. This is day one of a 3 day scheduled pack up. This is an Army move. If the Army contracts this company for your move, insist they find someone better. These people simply do NOT care. If I didnt have a busted wrist, I'd do it myself.
