Amazing Lash Studio

First time getting my lashes done. The facility was so clean and smelled amazing. All attention was on my needs and the esthetician and receptionist helped me completely customize my lashes that would best suit me and my personal style. The esthetician, Allison, made me feel perfectly comfortable during the session and was very knowledgeable in her skill. I love how simple and efficient the intake form is. And I LOVE that if some of the lashes are not sitting right you can come back 1-3 days after the session to have anything adjusted! That is service!

This was my first time with a lash lift and tint and I was nervous. Secoya was amazing and made me feel comfortable and walked me through the whole process. And the result was exactly as expected.

I made an online appointment for this afternoon. It was to be my first appointment. While the appointment was short notice, the business shows as being opened from 8am-8pm. I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled appointment and there were no cars in the parking lot and the building was locked up. I am editing my review. The lash studio was undergoing changes at the time I made the original appointment. I have now been going for several months. They are polite and friendly, Marisa always does my lashes the way I like. Allison is very good as well!

I received their services maybe three times. My lashes never lasted a full week. I tried a different person to see if they could do a better job. I got the same result. The day before I was scheduled to go out of town, I had an appt scheduled for 9:00. No one was there. The front desk clerk finally arrived around 9:30 just to inform me that the lash tech had called in. There was no one else to do my lashes. I decided to look up another place to get my lashes done. I located a place called The Lash and Brow Bar! They are expensive but my lashes are beautiful and has been on for a month now. I will never waste my money again with amazing lashes!
