I had plantation shutters made for my bedrooms and master bathroom. Kevin came out to measure the windows. My master bathroom shutter when installed was wrong. I contacted Kevin he came right out to look at it and said he would make a frame for it out of my old one. It’s been going on 3 months and numerous phone calls and texts with excuse after excuse. Still no frame, no phone call returned just the run around. This is very poor business and I recommend going elsewhere.

Kevin Vaughn came out and installed a canopy on my back patio. He / his installer cut the one piece gutter in half and spliced it back together for the time being. He promised to replace it along with installing the correct gutter clips. This was two years ago 11/2020. He told myself and my wife multiple times that he would come that week to correct but same old no show. My advice to others is do not pay him in full or he will never come back.

I had the Aluminum team install a retractable screen for my porch and I am very impressed. Lee was present at the house on project day to make sure everything ran smoothly. Came out better than expected! Local, family company. Going to be using them for my lake house!
