Counter attendant was pleasant and provided the name of a good bourbon store at my request and she was right! Lot attendant was standing beside the car when I put it in park and he too was quite pleasant and got me checked in quickly. Overall, a very good experience.

Updated review! I booked this morning through Costco for an unexpected trip to pick up my grandchildren so I needed a larger car, the booking was for 9 pm this evening. I drive out to the airport to be told, "oh you booked through Costco today right? Well we have no inventory available. I asked, well could someone not have called me to tell me that before I drove out here? Oh, Im sorry......... well honestly, sorry is not good enough. After driving back home upset, I go directly to Alamo online, and it allows me to book the exact same car, same day and time, why? If the vehicles are not available you should not be able to book them. Not only that, if someone had bothered to look in the system they would have seen my booking through Costco earlier today. Im sure there is some type of notification. Review from my previous experience thst i left 5 stars for : I picked up this rental at the Augusta, GA airport for a trip out to Louisiana, the pickup and drop off was quick and easy and I had zero issues with the car. It was a 2025 Altima, it got great milage and it was comfortable and just the right sive for my needs, two ladies traveling. I booked using Costco and got a great price. Will use Alamo again for sure.

Very straight forward and easy process. Vehicle was new model, clean, odorless, and full tank!

The rental stand was right in the airport building. The attendant was friendly and had me ready in no time. The car was clean and new. Return was a quick drop off of the key and back to my return flight. Thank you, guys.

Good personnel, good clean vehicle that I actually asked for without requiring an upgrade. No problems. Easy to extend another day. Transaction was ever so smooth and quick at the airport.
