I cannot say enough about Ben Darlington who came to my house to perform duct cleaning work for me. After reviewing my ductwork and checking into the reason for mold in my duct, he explained in great detail the reason for the problem I was having. Rather than going ahead and doing the duct cleaning, he told me that it would be less expensive to replace some of the flexible ducts, and fix areas in my ductwork that someone had done a shoddy job on, causing condensation and thus mold buildup. He took a video explaining all that needed to be fixed to share with the company I would use to do the repair. His knowledge of the HVAC system and solutions required to fix the problem is amazing. Ben Darlington is the most ethical person I've met in this business After spending more than an hour of his time, he did not charge me anything!! Who else does that? Professional and very informative. Helped us understand the process and also would tell us if he found an issue with the system and explained it. Cleaned up after they were done better than I imagined! Also, they were super sweet with my dog! Definitely recommend!
