EXCELLENT TAXI COMPANY!!! Me and my mom enjoyed riding with Mr. Andy. He was on time, patient, and even communicated with us to make sure we found him outside the airport. Also, we were riding in style 😎! I will definitely ride with them in the future. 😊

ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! My husband had arranged to be picked up at the Columbia airport, but his connection from Charlotte had been cancelled after he waited over 5 hours. Aiken was kind enough to drive to Charlotte to pick him up and drive him to his Air B n B. This was a “guys trip” to meet our son and a couple of friends to play golf for 4 days and go to the Master’s. My husband said that the driver was awesome, I think his name was James (not sure). We can’t thank them enough for starting this trip off on a positive note!!!

Jeff picked up my wife for a ride to the Augusta Airport. He was incredibly professional, courteous and provided an excellent service. Communication, prompt responses, on-time service; excellent all around. Will definitely use again.

Excellent service, called for availability around midday for pickup and return later that afternoon for a meeting that should have taken less than one hour. Jeff arrived on time and was able to be available for the entire meeting which ended up taking almost 4 hours. I really appreciate the professionalism and flexibility. Thank you.

I have not used this company so I cannot comment on the service. The gentleman I spoke with did inform me that he had an $80k vehicle that they use so it should be a comfortable ride. My 2-star rating was in the conversation with the individual. I was looking for alternatives to Augusta’s airport transportation. He recommended that I send her the night before, but while trying to explain why that was not an option the man cut me off and proceeded to thank me for calling. Even if you can’t or don’t want to accommodate me, you don’t need to be dismissive and cut me off. I am glad that you have an $80k ride at the airport now but my point in attempting to say that she worked was to inquire whether or not your driver would be able to take her that evening. But I thank you for cutting me off and if that’s how you operate with an inquiry I would not want to use your services. Again, I am not commenting on the transport services but I am in Texas trying to figure this out and it would be professional for you to LISTEN to my dilemma and need. Customer service requires you to hear the customer or don’t because you are a private company but I believe in providing reviews regardless of my experience for other customers. So use BLUF here, bottom line up front. Thank you for answering my call but I really wanted to know if your driver would be able to make an evening run instead of the early morning before you cut me off and I did say “well dam” when I was cut off and I informed the man that I would express my experience over the phone.
