I had an excellent experience during my recent visit to Aiken Regional. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The check-in process was efficient, and everyone I encountered was attentive and kind. The medical team took the time to explain everything clearly, listened to my concerns, and made me feel genuinely cared for. The facility was clean, well-organized, and comfortable, which made a big difference in easing my stress. I’m very grateful for the compassionate care I received and would highly recommend this hospital to others.

Excellent doctors! I was very impressed by their daily attention to my case and how they kept me informed of my care plan and progress. I rated four stars only because some of the bedside nursing seemed to be lacking in comfort care. The techs were very kind and helpful but overworked. Only once was I offered help with brushing my teeth or a wash cloth for my face. And it was my RN for the day. She was excellent! I was there for five days so personal cleanliness felt lacking. Overall I appreciate the care and attention I received.

Everyone was terrific and helpful. Each person I met from different departments took the time to introduce themselves and explain what they’d be doing during my surgery. PT was patient and encouraging as well as helpful in teaching me what I needed to do. I met many wonderful nurses and am grateful for the kind care.

I recently visited the Women’s Life Care Center, and I can confidently say that my experience was overwhelmingly positive. Initially, I found the reception a bit curt, which made me a little apprehensive. However, once I was registered, the front desk staff became much more welcoming. It was clear that the receptionist was quite overwhelmed, but she was incredibly kind and attentive to me during the registration process. The true highlight of my visit was the woman who performed my mammogram. She was exceptional—her warmth and professionalism made me feel at ease throughout the entire procedure. I had dreaded coming in for this appointment, but as I left, I realized that all my worries had been unnecessary. Overall, my experience at the Women’s Life Care Center was very positive, and I strongly recommend them for any medical care you may need. They truly care about their patients and strive to provide a comfortable environment. Thank you for exceptional care!

Went for a simple eye infection. Their in house pharmacy filled the eye drop prescription with ear drops. The attending nurse over rode the system warning that med was wrong and then put ear drops in my eye. I’m currently at a specialist to be sure my eye was not damaged. The mistake was pure negligence. The bottle had an ear in it and said warning for ears only. The system told them it was the wrong item. In addition they color code the lids on eye drops to prevent this very accident from happening and yet, here we are where at least 3 people at same hospital were unable to distinguish between eye and ear drops. Thank god I noticed the ear on the packaging and warning when I went to use medication next day. Their eye doctor said I could have caused serious damage using it 4 times a day as directed. As it is my eye is inflamed and not happy. Update - even though the hospital said the 2nd visit to lavage my eye from their mistake of putting ear drops in my eye would not be charged, guess what came in the mail? A bill!!!! Do not go to this hospital if you can possibly avoid it.
