We’ve been with Aiken Pest Control for almost 20 years and wouldn’t have any others! Our technician, Robert is great! He’s professional and personal while keeping us pest and bug free! Thankful for the personal service he brings to the table and we look forward to his visits! On his last visit, he noted our daughter recently graduated and left a congratulatory note on our tag! You don’t get any better than Robert or any of the Aiken Pest Control Technicians!

Scott Davis did a fantastic job with the initial inspection of our new construction home. He was incredibly thorough and took the time to address each of our specific questions and concerns. I was especially relieved to learn that the treatments Aiken Pest Control uses are safe for both pets and people with health conditions. His attentiveness and knowledge immediately made me feel confident that we made the right choice with Aiken Pest Control. From the start, even the team answering phones during our inquiry calls was helpful, friendly, and clear about the benefits of their services. Scott is a true example of how Aiken Pest Control puts the customer first, and I’m so grateful for his detailed, thoughtful approach.

We moved to Aiken in February. Post service can be a little different not just by company but by the location too. Everyone has communicated really well. Patiently answered a ton of questions and has been super friendly. If I'm home when they do the mosquito or outside service, they always check in with me. I've been very pleased. Aaron was the last person here, and he was great about letting me know to not come out my front door. He actually found a wasps nest in my wreath.

Ted was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain each step of the process and listened to my concerns. He was also understanding of letting my children leave spaces prior to him starting to work. Ted was respectful of our home and I will request Ted for our future service appointments.
