I have had the pleasure of staying in two of these beautiful cottages and am currently in one now. Simmie is an incredible property owner! She is attentive, caring, on-time, and always available for her tenants. They do not have enough stars on google to describe this wonderful experience I have had here living on these properties. If you are looking for peace, quiet, and tranquility....these are the homes to rent. On top of that, you get service that is unmatched anywhere else. Love it here!!

These cottages are so quaint, how could you not love them?! Everything is included so no worries about small incidentals. You just get to enjoy being so close to all downtown Aiken has to offer! Bill and Simmie are the picture of perfect landlords. Very professional and also the picture of southern charm!

Spent the last seven months in Sparkelberry, 419 Staubs Appt was super and Bill and Simmie Moore are top shelf in land lords - if it's broken it gets fixed before you get home. They ensure privacy, quiet and the appt. has all the ambiance of home. If, and when, I am sure that I will be in Aiken long enough so that I can re-up for a lease, they will be the first and only that I call.
