I could not recommend Jodi and staff more highly. They were absolutely fabulous to work with. Quality products, expectional customer service and done early!! We got hats, screeen printed t-shirts, hoddies, and ornaments. Our business's 50th anniversary is going to be better because of Aiken Embroidery and Desgin. They are now my #1 go to for any customization or branded work I need. Excellent!!! It is such a pleasure to shop local and get world class service. Very kind and great staff. Always delivered quality product and takes time to understand what you want. I cannot say enough good things. The ONLY reason they’re not 5 stars, and I wish I could make them 4.5 because it’s not a huge deal, is an issue with a price. We dropped off some hankies to have embroidered as a gift for family at our wedding, and my bride hand wrote notes to be placed on each hanky. They gladly accepted and did it, digitizing her handwriting and embroidering each one. HOWEVER, we were not told how much money it could potentially be to digitize the signature, so we were a bit shocked when we had to pay to pick them up. Not saying it wasn’t quality, or not worth it, as it certainly was. I just wish we had a price quote beforehand. But they did customize many items for us, including custom whiskey glasses, and all things were amazing and of high quality. ****EDIT***** I changed this to five stars. The owner when I returned to give them more business, seems to have seen this and given me a great discount and apologized for the miscommunication. I do truly enjoy this local spot, and even if she didn’t do this, they would still get my business. If you’re looking for good service and people that take time to understand what you need, they are it!!

I had a last minute request for a shirt for a birthday party and no one could help me, till I called them. They had me taken care of the very next day. Great quality and at a fair price. Will use them again for sure.

Super friendly staff! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Lots of choices and very quick turn around! They also can order you anything that is not in the store at the time. The pricing was very reasonable! Would come here again
