After taking my car by to CNC automotive and being told, they cannot do suspension work. My vehicle was showed to Aiken collision. Long story short while waiting on them to call the warranty company which they refused to do my car there 21 days I did not know I was being charged $65 a day that would not be waived any way shape or form. Mostly on the fact, it was a $13,000 bill that included a faulty rack and pinion at $3500 for the part. I had the car removed from there as soon as I was made aware of set storage fee and moved to Rick and body where I’m told now there’s nothing wrong with the rack and pinion. It’s all about their bottom dollar, and they will do whatever they have too to get money in their pockets. Good luck if you end up there, I just hightailing it as fast as possible anywhere else.

I would highly recommend Aiken Collision, Inc. We're extremely impressed with the quality of work and the timeliness of the repair work. Bud, the owner and the 2 other staff members (Chris) I dealt with were so incredibly nice and helpful. It's a very friendly, reliable, and affordable place to get body work done on your vehicle. My Chrysler Town and Country minivan looks brand new and I'm incredibly happy. Mr. & Mrs. Zamiela.

I have had two vehicles repaired at AC. They did a great job on my 99 F150 front end. So I took my 2019 BMW 750i to repair a large scuff on the left bumper corner. Again they did a fabulous job painting. However, even though the website shows a late model MB I was told buy the owner/manager AC does not have the equipment to clear any codes that might surface from body components being disconnected and reconnected. I had to take the car to Taylor BMW to clear the codes and properly attach connectors. Another $385 …… I was told by Taylor that body shop’s that service these newer cars have integrated the equipment to reset the cars computers. When I approached the owner/manager at AC about a little help with the cost he said “not my problem…take it to your insurance company. BUYER BEWARE !

Save yourself the headache! Run don’t walk away from the scammers! I was charged (3x) the Orginal price from State Farm estimate that I originally had. Making the total 3,200$ plus for a front bumper! That’s all that was replaced was a front metal bumper. Very rude guy to deal with, Save yourself the time and money because these guys are straight D bags!
