After calling around the CSRA for someone to help with my arm spasm. The receptionist asked questions to see who would be the best person to see me. She was very personable and shared her experience with the service. I was able to see Joseph for a session of rossiter stretching due to pain I'd been dealing with for about a week. During the session, I wasn't sure how much it was going to help but I was pleasantly surprised! I'll definitely return and urge you to give it a try for muscle pain and mobility!

When I finished my first appointment with Dr Pendergrast, I left with three pages of notes. This personal report documented everything I shared and a summary of his professional summation of prescriptions, and connections to a doctor who specialized help with joint pain. During the Christmas holiday, I called him while in CA. He returned my call within the hour. He advised I go to the hospital and there I needed urgent hospitalization three days! I know he listens and understands. I’ve visited the office as well, for counseling and Rossiter stretching. His office is invaluable here in the Augusta area.

I cannot say enough about Aiken Augusta Holistic Health and specifically Joe Pendergrast. I injured my neck and shoulder and months of Chiropractic and massage helped but didn’t completely alleviate my pain. My Chiropractor recommended Joe. I was familiar with Rossiter but did not know we had anyone in the CSRA practicing Rossiter. And Joe is so gifted! Additionally he is just an awesome human!
