Sound customer service from Augusta Electrical & Security ltd - missing brackets from my lights meant he needed to pay a second visit… ceiling lights installed perfectly (despite the the fact I forgot the lightbulbs 😂) highly recommend this chap and his new screwdriver! 😂

I had a circuit breaker that kept tripping (with a strong electrical odor). I called Aiken-Augusta Electric at 8:50 a.m. They were able to come to my house immediately, resolve the issue within 10 minutes and were gone by 9:40. Very personable and professional. I called Eric because I was afraid there might be electrical fire hazards and I needed some things updated in my house built in 1936. He came quickly, reassured me about some of my concerns and was very patient and courteous as we discussed what I wanted done. The men he sent were great! The work was perfect, they were very eager to please, and suggestions were made and done on things I hadn’t even thought of. They cleaned up well, too! I couldn’t have been more happy and I felt the price was very reasonable for the time and professionalism. I feel secure in my house now. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We used Eric to wire a workshop. Extremely satisfied. He took care of the job from start to finish. He always responded to questions quickly. He came in under budget, rare but true. The install team were friendly, professional, and new the details of the job. Their work quality was great. They completely handled permits, and inspections with no redo findings. First time using these guys, and they were awesome. Cheaper of two quotes, very friendly, and quick. We had them put LED recessed lighting in our living room- they came out within a day to give a quote, within a week to do the work, and finished the work in about 2 hours. We love the job they did and will be calling them first the next time we need electrical work.
