Two months ago my insurance renewal was up. I was not going to renew with Progressive at that rate no way! However I spoke with Stephanie Pucheta and she found me an awesome rate I was thrilled with. Called to get a quote and the lady was very unprofessional. Definitely wasn’t giving “great customer service” talking over me while I’m explaining while her voice was being raised. Displeased! If anything give you customer some insight in a very respectful helpful manner. Where they’d understand instead of being forceful. Wasn’t not satisfied no way you could persuade me to even become a customer.

I spoke with a very respectful and polite lady who explained everything to me. I'm glad I changed companies. I would recommend affordable insurance to anyone. I think the ladies name was Melissa. Thank you very much ma'am.
