Very quick to find an obscure part. The store cashier was knowledgeable, professional, and it helps to have a fellow geek to help nail down the right fit. Excellent service and well stocked store.

I realize that many women don't work on their own vehicles,however I was a poor single mom for many years and know just a thing or two.So, when I come in an tell you that the wiper you sold me is "wrong",it's very rude to heave a sigh and take the wiper out of my hand(before you check the computer to even see if you in fact sold me the wrong part)go out to the car like you are going to magically put a hook type wiper into a snap type holder. Then,you blame my husband and insult his intelligence telling me that since he got the little one correct, he "probably pulled the wrong one." Did it occur to you that YOUR employee pulled these for him. I'm thinking that it was in the wrong place. Regardless, you should NEVER blame the customer.I can't even report you because apparently employees don't wear nametags at this location. I appreciate the service,however, I don't appreciate the attitude that went with it. I hope you learn that you will catch more flies with honey.

Great service with very friendly staff. Because I purchased the wrong size wiper on line he quickly changed my order to the correct larger size with no extra charge and installed my wiper in a minute. Based on my experience today, I recommend this Advanced Auto Parts highly.

The store cannot honor online prices, but when you try to place your order online (while standing right there in the store with the item in your hands) with full 5GUW coverage, their servers stop responding and you can’t get the online price.
