I had a great experience with my physical therapist! They were knowledgeable, supportive, and really took the time to understand my goals. Each session was challenging but manageable, and I saw real progress over time. I always felt encouraged and well cared for. Highly recommend!

I was always told that Chiropractors were not “real” doctors and you should never go to one. After being diagnosed with back issues that called for a multi-level fusion and weeks of rehabilitation. I started hearing about “new” things Chiropractors were doing. My own brother told me that he was under the care of a Chiropractor and that his back issues were almost gone! So I decided to give them a try because things couldn’t get any worse with my back. I made an appointment with Dr Webb at Action Medical. I was quite skeptical at first and made it clear I did not want the traditional “adjustment”. I met with Dr Webb and she understood my situation and after my exam, she had a plan. Per Dr Webb, I was just barely within the limits of where surgery was my only option but she thought she could help me. I’m happy to say that I started improving after the first laser treatments and she and I both were optimistic about my back and the improvement she was seeing and I was feeling. I’m entering my third week of treatment and I’m excited about my future results! The staff at Action Medical is kind, caring, professional and attentive. They run the office very efficiently and it amazes me that they can accommodate my crazy schedule. If you’re in pain, go see Dr Webb and the doctors at Action Medical!

I've had Chiro and Massage Therapy done here. Chiro has been recent but I've been getting massages here for the last couple years. Every massage therapist has a style and technique so no matter what the issue is, there is someone to help. Dr. Mitchell was my Chiro and was VERY helpful in talking me through what my conditions are and what she is able to do to help. My massage therapist has helped relieve pain in places that I have never had any relief. Ryan is a great massage therapist and exceptionally knowledgeable. I have received massages from some others there and have all been relaxing and beneficial. The people at the front desk are very kind, helpful and understanding. Every single person there genuinely wants to help and it's noticed and appreciated. Thank you everyone at AM for being awesome. If I don't say thank you enough; thank you. Thank you for your dedication to helping veterans and navigating the complexities of the VA. It’s always a pleasure to visit, and I truly appreciate the effort you put into making it such a positive experience.

I have been going to action medical for more than 2 years and they provide exceptional massage therapy and chiropractic services. Kelly is one of the best therapist I have ever had. She provides thorough and deep tissue massages that results in my body feeling 100 percent better. I love her professional and technical work. I would highly recommend this place if you need a medical massage. The company continues to accommodate the veteran and gives them the best service.
