Jason fixed my ac unit. He was very knowledgeable and I was at ease instantly knowing he would find and fix the issue. He kept me informed every step of the way. First of all, ACS conditioning was God sent. I had called a number of companies in Evans and Augusta requesting emergency service, since my AC stopped working. They all were non responsive. KJ Baldwin showed up the next day and fixed it right away. He also explained in detail exactly what happened and how he fixed it. He was very friendly and courteous, also waited for me as I was about 15 mins away.from home. KJ is the reason why I bought a service plan for a year with ACS.

KJ was extremely nice and professional. He was on time and completed the job quickly for a fair price. ACS was able to service us quickly which was greatly appreciated in the heat of summer!
