I had the best interaction on Monday 5/5 with Heather Ramirez from Augusta . She went out of her way to ensure I got the best rate. She saved me about $1200! I’m so grateful for this interaction. It was truly a blessing to be on the phone with her. Even after our phone call, I had something with the drivers Services and she insured that my information was pushed through and even emailed me after our call. Great customer service and empathy for others.
