ACC Restoration

The ACC Restoration team arrived this morning. Glenn & Levi were great young men. They were professional, well-mannered, and did a great job. They explained everything they were doing as they completed the AC Duct cleaning. First-rate job, very competent, extremely pleased with the work they did.

I was not satisfied with this compan and will never hire them ever again. If you are getting painting & getting sheetrock repaired then that is fine. If you need flooring repaired, beware don't hire them. They are not experienced floor installers. They need to go back and contract with a flooring company. They wasted over 3 weeks of my time, they put the laninate floor going horizontal at first, then they took it up, they did not admit to their mistakes. After all flooring was installed, water was seeping up from new floor, they forgot to put the wax ring on toilet. They fixed the problem and redid the flooring . However, on christmas day,water was everywhere. They had cracked the flange for the toilet and replaced the toilet on it . They had no intention to tell me this and never corrected it. I ended up firing them and got someone else to redo the flooring -- they completed my flooring in 3hrs and not 3 weeks. Also, they did not remove the previous metal threshold;, they just put the new threshold on top Of the old one. Also, they did not put any plastic under new flooring like they should . The new person I hired did a great job. My flooring was done in 3 hrs by the new person. Then I had to hire a professional plumber to chisel out the flange and replace it . What makes it bad is that Acc restoration would not even pay the plumber for this job that they messed up. They never put the covers on the holes they drilled on the cabinets.

They have drivers that drive EXTREMELY reckless and have no care in the world, and neither does the owner. I am a diabetic and one of the drivers almost crashed into me that I had to hit my brakes and cause my groceries to fall into the floor along with my insulin shots and heavy stuff ended up falling on top of my insulin and busting all of it. I have pictures and video of the driver driving careless that I shared with the owner also. The driver cut traffic off almost t-bones me and NOTHING. The owner says he will reimburse me for my meds since my insurance won't pay twice for it, and insulin is expensive, and here we are 4 weeks later and NOTHING. He blames his customers cause he says they don't pay their bills when he does the work, so he doesn't have the money. The company car is clearly labeled, and I am driving the black Challenger in the video. I think it is around the 19-second mark where you see the company car cut lane(s) of traffic and almost hit me and this video has been slowed down. How can you be professional in your business when you allow this to happen as repensentation of your business and then you don't handle or resolve the situation you just sweep it under the rug and blame your customers. Make it make sense. Hmm
