If I could give negative stars, I would. This agent did horrible by the sellers he was representing. He did not communicate with my buyer's agent through the entire negotiation and waiting period. The property we were purchasing had contingencies for repairs. We showed up to closing and the repairs were not done and he had not communicated with his sellers that they would need to have money held in escrow until repairs were completed. They are essentially out of more than $50,000 due to his negligence and lost the property they were purchasing because of it. I feel truly sorry for the sellers he was representing and he should be barred by the realtor's commission. He tried to deny any responsibility or accountability for his role in this entire debacle which is costing everyone involved money and time. He should be ashamed and his agency should be made aware of his incompetence and disdainful attitude towards everyone involved. Truly a disgrace. I hope Meybohm will issue an apology and take action for this negligent realtor. I'm certainly reporting him for an ethics violation in the meantime.

Me and Abram spoke. Very polite respectful Very attentive. After speaking with abram, For a few minutes, I gave him the blueprint for my investment of what I was looking for and how much I'm willing to spend Abram, get to work right away without a doubt. Me and Abrams spoke with each other almost Everyday after that. Make a long story short. Let me tell you when I say one-stop shot. Abram was able to get me a awesome Broker, his name is Michael It was the It was a pleasure working with Abram and Michael at the same time. We got the property. And Abraham also was able to get me a property manager within that area I would recommend Abraham to anyone that willing to invest To buy or sell, and i'm looking forward to do business with Abraham again.

Very unprofessional and unresponsive realtor, communication was terrible as well. Realtor attempted to back out of a legally binding agreement after the Due Diligence had expired, will not be working with Abraham or his team again.
