Went there to get a quote for home and auto. Was told I would get a phone call and email containing the quote. After several days of waiting I called to see where my quote was. I was told that he could not compete with USAA. He said he had emailed the quote info, but I still have not seen it, so I don't believe it was ever really emailed. Not very good customer service. But he was nice while I was in the office.

Neal is the best agent in town! If I need a C.O.I. sent to a client, he has it done in minutes!

I use two diff insurance companys, I shop. These guys are really great and have saved me a ton. they cant ALWAYS beat the other guy but you are fooling yourself if you dont give them a try.

Full of lies ..wow can’t get no truth just horrible I have to call Progressive myself
