Promised a cash and carry couch the night before was told to come in today and pick it up upon arrival the manager didn't have a clue and said she has no nobody to even move it I drove 45 minutes to get there on top of that got a reversation on a uhaul truck I was like what the he'll definitely not coming back to he'll with this store

My husband and I made a 45-minute drive to get a couch was supposed to be ready but was not ready and told we couldn't get it today and we had to cancel the uhaul truck. We will never be coming back to this Aaron's ever again.

I would this place a 10 star if I could. Only because a young lady by name of Crystal have EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. As I walked into the store it was to customer service representative at the counter I didn't here neither acknowledged my present, so I walk to the back where the washer and dryer were and there came Crystal all professional she greeted me and also remembered me from the call earlier. And she also apologized for the system being slow, and she read over my lease to make sure I understood it . THANKS CRYSTAL. Trust me your good work don't go unnoticed .

Had an discrepancy in the size of bed the warehouse mgr Matt Took time out his busy schedule to come and actually show me his customer service was awesome totally polite and professional. Although I had an attitude he remained calm and I learn some information from him. Matt is definitely an asset the company!!!!!!! Thanks Matt!!!! Kudos to Matt

This location has the WORST customer service ever. Dominick and Jessica have no idea how to deal with customers. I came in and paid cash for a group that I liked and they delivered a used set. The coffee and ends tables were chipped and had all kinds of stains. The couch had crusted stains on it and the lamp shades were dirty as hell. I had to pay an extra $450 for a new set and they could not even deliver that on time. Dominick decided he wanted to get loud with me instead of trying to handle the situation properly. So I asked for a full refund after he accused me of having an attitude. Then when I went in to be refunded, all of a sudden he had the nicest attitude ever. I refuse to do business and give my money to companies who employ individuals who do not understand how to deal with the public.
