It was my first time and I had a great experience at the AAA office in Aiken. Everyone was very professional, nice, and friendly. They were very patient and helpful. I went to buy airline tickets, but learned so much more that they could help me with. They were able to look at the different times of departure and arrival and also to show me the location of available seats on the airplane, so I could choose the ones that I liked. In addition I was able to get my international driver's license with the passport type pictures taken on the spot, so it took about 10 minutes to get my international driver's license ready to go. On top of that they were able to order the currency of the country where I was going which was a big surprise and great help for travelers to not have to do the exchange while arriving at the foreign destination. In addition, I got my car rental reservation done while the insurance that AAA provides was about half of what the car rental company is charging. Another big win. They are totally One-Stop-Shop for all travelers'needs domestically and abroad and they are very skilled in doing that. Highly recommend to anyone who doesn't want or can't do it themselves.

Highly disappointed in the service in AIKEN. Had me waiting over 3 hours then tell me the dispatch couldn't make and I had to call them to find that our. Never use it again and they won't give me my money back either!

Disappointed in the Service with AAA here in Aiken. My husband locked his keys in his truck. He called at 4 PM yesterday for locksmith service. He called back at 9 pm and was told that they could not find anyone to unlock his car. But they never called to tell him that. He called again at 6 am this morning and was told that some one would be there by 9:30 am and contact him shortly. At 9:30 am we called a local locksmith and had the truck unlocked by 9:45 at a cost of $60. My husband left for work. I called to cancel the AAA request and was told that because he was the primary card holder, I could not cancel the request and to have him call. I explained that he was already at work and since he was late and a teacher, he could not call to cancel. I guess when the AAA locksmith finally shows up we can cancel at that time. I have been a loyal AAA member for 23 years and am now going to start looking at other options.
